cPanel authentication failure

Hi,
I tried logging in to my cPanel today at fris.x10hosting.com:2082 with my username "jhahoney" and password, but it tells me they're incorrect. I'm sure I haven't changed the password, and I can login to FTP using my password.
Is it something temporary done while you guys are fixing up the cPanel problem? Or have I been careless and someone has managed to get access to my account and change my password? (if yes, why didn't the FTP password change?)

Ok then its something the staff has did as part of maintenance. Keep at it guys, but be fast
