cPanel backup

Backup option is not available in cPanel. Could you please let me know what we need to do if we need a backup of our site/database if it is possible at all?

You could go to your filemanager in your cPanel and zip everything up inside your public_html directory and then download the zip file. Otherwise just download all of your files. Then go to PhpMyAdmin and choose to export your database to download to your computer.

Thank you for your suggestion. Was looking for cPanel automatic backup facility. Anyway, No problem. Will follow this procedure for backup.
