For a full backup usually an admin must restore it, please upload it to your account and tell us the file name.

When restoring a full backup it overwrites ALL your hosting account information to the one you had when you made the backup. Including mails, MySQL databases, files, etc.
I've moved your backup to your root directory, never put it on your public_html as people will be able to download it, and could stole your pages/information.

I can restore the backup now if it's OK for you.

Ok, I'm on the process of restoring the backup.
I'll post back when it's done.

That's the content of the backup you uploaded.
The only thing that could have made the backup incomplete is if the backup was cut when it was being created. I've downloaded the backup to my CPU and when opening it WinRar gives me an error telling me "The archive is corrupt - Unexpected end of archive".
So I'm almost sure that this is the problem, the backup generation didn't complete (I saw the backup was from another host, so you could ask them about it).

You can restore files by FTP.
Maybe when you uploaded your backup it cut and not when your backup was generated.
What's the size of your backup?
