Cpanel bad log in

when I try to log in the cpanel ,appears above this text:
"Login Attempt Failed!"

I need help to know my user for the cpanel.
My user for the forums is : rscattini

Welcome to x10 rscattini! Since your username I believe is too big for cPanel, you most likely had to set another username up for it. Do you remember that one?
