cPanel buggy?

How come i cant replace my files or update it? actually i deleted some but still i can access my site.

Your server, among others are being migrated to different machines.
Seems cPanel/FTP/Web might access different files for awhile.
My suggestion is do not make any changes for awhile.

I am also facing a similar issue.Please let us know as to when can we expect for the site to be up?:dunno:
Two days should be enough for migration.
