cpanel & database access

Hi,
I'm no more able to access cpanel, and the website seems to have no access to the sql database.
The website is http://joglosemar.x10hosting.com and I try to access cpanel with following url:https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/frontend/x3/index.html?post_login=<truncated>
Could you let me know what I'm doing wrong?

After continue reading posts, I did try https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083 and https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 to access cpanel but my user joglo is not accepted.

Try changing your password at http://x10hosting.com/control THEN go to http://joglosemar.x10hosting.com:2082 to login.
