cPanel Denied Access

I have tryed to login to cPanel and have been denied access many times for reasons I don't know, please can you resolve this issue.

Have you tried this?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.

I have logged in with both normal and forum user with the same cPanel login failures and a secret question appearing when I wish to change password that does not change from submission of new secret question.

Secret question? What are you talking about?

Secret Question = Set Account Challenge Question, I had access to cPanel before server changes and have been locked out since, plus if support bothered to login to my account and try to change the password as I would then support would understand what a Secret Question is and how I cannot change my password as the change password page doesn't show.
