cpanel doesn't let me login

It lets me login to account and forum but not cpanel...
I know my password and username for my cpanel and i used it a few days ago and it worked fine but today it doesn't work...
I typed in my user name for forgot password and it said the resest password has been sent to my email address but it is not here...
