I have my own domain and changed the default x10 domain to my own. Now I can't get to cPanel because the url is an extension of my domain.
I accessed cPanel using x10hosting.com:2082 but still can't log in. I tried my x10 username and password and my forum name/password. Neither works and I don't know what to do.
Thanks

The problem comes because you've set your primary domain with the "www.". You should never put the "www." when changing/adding a domain.
I've fixed the issue and your domain works now. You may need to clear your cache and temporary files, and make a flush of your DNS to be able to reach your website.

OK, slap my hand or whatever. The problem remains--how can I access a feature which I haven't added to my site?
I can get to the cPanel login page from http://sbs.x10hosting.com:2082/ but get "Login Attempt Failed!" I've tried my forum and hosting usernames and passwords but neither work. Now what?
