cpanel down and can not login (site: msegura501.x10hosting.com)

I can not access the cpanl at http://msegura501.x10hosting.com:2082
and when I go to www.x10hosting.com/account (login as msegura), I am prompted for a forum user name (but msegura501.x10hosting.com is an ad free account).
Can you help?

You are requiered to link your forum account to your hosting account.
The link to it in the forums is no longer there? ? ? There was a tutorial on how to link your accounts.

Thank you guys for your quick answers (as usual).
I aplogize for a late reply (no network because of a problem with the ADSL provider..).
My hosting user name is msegura.
I do not think there is a need to link the accounts because this is an ad free account.
I believe you already figured out what was the problem: now I can go to ww.x10hosting.com/account and login as msegura.
But the cpanel is down as far as I can see.
