CPanel Down & FTP Errors

Hi.
I have several issues with X10 Hosting lately, and I hope they will be fixed soon, as all of my websites rely on your service.

1) Can't connect to Cpanel.
-> About 75% throughout the day, I Cannot connect to CPANEL, as the page won't redirect me. I find this the most serious issue. I have to wait the problem out for 24 hours, and then it works again, but after a few hours it disconnects (Error whilst saving)
2) FTP:
I can connect to the FTP successfully, and get into the /www/ directory, but nothing beyond that.
I Connected to [MyX10Domain] Port 21 using my credentials

Please reply and help.
I have been experiencing this for at least 3 weeks now.
