Cpanel down ~ How can I access mysql?

Hi, the Cpanel is currently down for absolut server and I think it has been down for quite some time. Is there an ETC for it?
Nvm, it's up already.

Also, are there any ways I can access mysql even when the Cpanel is down? Thanks!
