CPanel Error and Forum Icon gone

Top of page has the following message for the last week:

Moved Permanently

The document has moved here.
Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.x10hosting.com Port 80
Also there is no more access to Forums via an icon from there now like there used to be.

I have been accessing CPanel through the URL

http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

Should I be using something else?

i checked it out and i can see your cpanel login page thrugh that url
are you facing problems regarding loggin in to it?

and yes there is a link to the forums in your x10hosting.com account panel on the right side under Support Options section

Now it is working again. I was always able to log in, I was just concerened about the error at the top of the page and the fact that the Forum Icon was gone. The icon was never in a section to the right, but under the group of icons (secon group from the top) titled "x10 member support".

Everything is now back the way it was, so the problem must have just been a temporary glitch for most of last week.
