CPanel error, site doesn't load

Ok I've been keeping up with the news and I'm guessing everything should work fine. My site still doesn't load and I get "server not found" error. I can't log into cpanel either. When I try to log in i get this error

Is my site completely gone? I don't know what else to do... Alot of valuable info is stored on that site for my clan. It would be heartbreaking to lose all that work. Please tell me what's going on.

Hi Luthy,

Your site url still pointing to old IP Address. Wait till the staff look into issue.

At this point the escalation is not working properly so can't escalate at the moment.

it's because it's a free host and there are too any users, so the server is always down.
