I have entered the correct user/pass yet a message saying [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive is occuring whilst trying to gain access.

Hello,
Are you able to gain access at all? I've just tested cPanel on your server, and although I can see that error in the left sidebar, all other functions seem to be working normally, such as the File Manager.

no there is nothing showing up just that message in the top left corner and the background image for cpanel
