cPanel Error

My website will no longer load, I get a "Can't Find Server" error and when ever I try to login to cPanel I get this error:
"Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."

Which server are you on?
Be aware that some of the servers are currently undergoing transfers, so it is likely only going to be a temporary issue as accounts are moved around.
