cPanel Error

This is an error when i try to login to my cPanel:

The filesystem mounted at /home/tilc1234 on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

I thought, disk space is unlimited. Now i see, thats not true, i didn\'t upload so much files... I was testing the upload and download systems for my school. I need it for upload files from my school. Home works and such...
Please solve this problem, i didn\'t mean to do anything wrong. You can delete whole filesystem if that solves the problem. My contact is 24.pacever@gmail.com. Thanks again tilc1234

The issue with cPanel was a server issue and not one with your account. However, your account has been permanently suspended now for file hosting, which is in violation of our Terms of Service and falls under our zero tolerance policy. For those reasons, you can have no further access to your account for any reason.
