cPanel Error

Is there something wrong with server level? I couldn't upload anything on FTP. When I tried to use the cPanel it loaded blank page after I login.

Does that "blank page" say "1" or anything else?

Hi leeyowon,

This is actually an issue with our "x10Hosting Basic" control panel that happens when you exceed your disk quota.

We limit new accounts to 1GB, and it looks like your account has exceeded this number, causing your cPanel to not load properly and FTP to deny you to upload any additional files.

I've now forcefully switched you over to the standard cPanel theme so you can access cPanel properly, though you may want to delete some files so you can modify your site (and, if you need, use the x10Hosting Basic control panel).

Please can I also remind you that we limit photo galleries to 1GB only, and it looks like this is where all your space has gone to.

If you ever need more space in the future, we can give you Unmetered - please click here for more information. However, at this time, you do not qualify for this upgrade as you are exceeding the strict 1GB cap on photo/video galleries.
