Hey guys,

I'm having trouble loging into my email.

So when I go to x10hosting.com, login, click on the email tab, select my email, enter my password, I get redirected to Cpanel where I enter my credentials again and then this error pops out. " network error occurred while sending your login request. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your network service provider."

I have tried doing the same thing but in Safari instead of Chrome and I was able to login successfully but when I send an email, the person to who I sent the email never receives it.

Any explanation or solution?

Is that error related to the email delivery issues?
no it is related to --> "I have tried doing the same thing but in Safari instead of Chrome and I was able to login successfully"
in Chrome [ Content settings ] - you need both [ Cookies ] and [ JavaScript ] - set to "Allow"

While I have other browsers to test with - I use Chrome or ChromeOS every day - with no issues
looks like you will need help from a Admin - like @Dead-i - with your Chrome issue

Hi kevinhx2,

Just to clarify, are you trying to access your email's webmail? If so, please could you try logging in at this link instead and let me know how it goes? :)

Hi kevinhx2,

If you are able to login using Safari but not Chrome, it suggests there may be something misconfigured in your Chrome settings. Could an extension or addon be affecting this? :)

Thank you,

Thank you,
I was finally able to solve my problem. First, I tried disabling all add-ons and the problem persisted. Then, I uninstalled my Chrome beta v.39 and installed the most recent release v.38 and everything went back to normal state.

@Dead-i Thanks to you for your help dear legend :)
