Hey. I tried to add a subdomain and FTP account for a friend of mine who helps me with the site. After trying and obviously failing a few times, cPanel gave me a few errors.

... which led to ...

... and now I can't delete any of these "subdomains".

Also, I can't seem to set up additional FTP accounts. cPanel allows me to do so, however i get a 503 Authentication failed when i try to log in using the new account.

Make sure you are using the correct information to log into the sub-FTP accounts. For example, remember that the log in information isn't exactly the same as the main FTP account. For example, the user would be you@thedomain.com, not just you.

Well i'm trying to sign in using ftp://sammy:<password>@vbgm.x10hosting.com

It seems to me that it should work

ya, if you want to connect in a FTP client, you would simply have "ftp.vbgm.x10hosting.com" for Address/URL/Host, "sammy@vbgm.x10hosting.com" for username (unless it's the main account, in which case it would just be "sammy"), and of course your passsword for the password box
