cPanel errors, DB not updating nor any command executing

Currently the cPanel in my hosting account is not working as it should. I have a database and a table within which I wanted to update a value but clicking it and entering a new value rather than updating and showing "1 row affected" it stuck on "Loading". Clicking update on the row brings to the update screen but there are NO columns to update(a screenshot has been attached). Furthermore when I tried to then update the row with SQL command(I know SQL pretty well), whatever command I put it brings up the error -

"import.php: Missing parameter: import_type
import.php: Missing parameter: format"

Please fix this as soon as possible!
