Cpanel Failed Log In

I did search forum threads, knowledge base & troubleshooter for my problem of logging into cpanel. I know how to log in but every attempt has yiedl Login Attempt Failed! I can get logged in with my forum user/password settings as you can tell but not the Cpanel. Nor did I receive a confirmation email of my account information. Thank in advance for your attention to this matter.
