cPanel failed

I would like to solve the following problems:

I have no acces to my cPanel, it is always written:"Login Attempt Failed!".
Also I have no acces to my LimeSurvey, the message I see is: Can't connect to LimeSurvey database. Reason: Access denied for user 'ingridnf_lime1'@'10.33.248.78' (using password: YES)

For your cPanel problem, try resetting your cPanel password: http://tutorials.x10.mx/updatepassword.html
Then use this cPanel URL: http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

Are you using localhost as the MySQL server name in your script?
