cPanel/Files/Disk Space Usage: not working?

Been that way for a while now
while @Bryon says "It is a cPanel problem - Out of our control." - server [ Absolut ] is the only x10hosting's free-server with that issue
and x10hosting is the only host that use cPanel - that I know of - with that issue

It's a shame, one would think that the admins would want to do whatever they can to assist newbie users looking for bloat.
Still, until such time that the admins see this as a x10hosting issue, I'd really like to know of an alternative. Anyone got any ideas?
