cPanel, FTP, Suspended

My site says it's suspended when I try to browse to it even though I have gone through the process of unsuspending it.

I cannot log into my cpanel even after I changed the password from my hosting account panel page.

I cannot log into my FTP to update my site or to try to remove the .htaccess file. Thank you.

Since your site says you are suspended but the system says you aren't and you are unable to remove the .htaccess yourself, I'll escalate this so a staff can further assist you.
