Hi, I can not seem to access cPanel through my account panel can any one pleae help

cPanel acc user = james
site = hauntedwa.x10hosting.com
server = chopin

Did the admins change the password for you

no i can log into the account panel but i cant get to the cPanel from thereit tells me that i dont have a hosting account when i do and have had one for a few years with x10 hosting now
