cpanel help

i cant log in into my cpanel ever since lotus has went down and got back up. my account changed to chopin server and when i try to log into cpanel it keeps saying login failed i tried changing password, and i put all the right info in and the same thing.

any ideas?

Sounds like you took all the right steps. Did you try official support? (Support ticket)

ya i submitted one like 4 1/2 hours ago,

when was the last time you loged in to x10 forum if it was more then 2 weeks then ur account maybe deleted

nope just made an account 2 days ago and logged on cpanel yesterday before lotus downtime

try to login to cpanel directly http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082

and btw your forum and cpanel logins are deferent did you know that

yep i know i used 2 different passwords, thats where i have been trying to log in at, so i really dont know
