cPanel - I just CAN'T login ..

Hello everyone ..

For already a few days I trie to log in into cPanel, I changed domain name, passwords,..
I just looked in this part of the forum, about 10 pages but nothing seems to help..

When I trie to login into cPanel it says: 'Login Attempt Failed!'
I use the following link to login: http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
And my domain name is: http://ongekendehumor.co.cc/
What can I do to log in?

When I try to login with http://ongekendehumor.co.cc:2082 I can't make connection..
And with http://ongekendehumor.co.cc/cpanel then I need to register it on co.cc
I already tried it but nothing seems to happen ..
