cPanel inaccessible

My free webhost is at Boru and I can't seem to access the cPanel. Is there a new link for the cPanel?

Are you getting certificate errors or network time-outs ?

Ironically, I've just been using the cPanel on your server with no issues.
Please confirm you're using the URL: https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/
Also, try clearing your browser cache.
