and also can you please fix this FTP problem I am tired of it giving me 522 Disk please upload later I cant stand it I have been even considering that I should save what I have delete my account and recreate it and hope like hell I end up on a different server other than x07 which seems to be giving everyone hell.

These are both related.
As the first error said, the disk was full so it was unable to create a new session file (so that you can be logged in to it).

It's probably a matter of waiting for the storage to be extended or for the problem to be removed.
