Cpanel is not allowing me to log in

For some reason I have been unable to ftp or log in to my account via cpanel, though the password has not been changed. I think this may have been a side affect of the suspension issue I previously had. Thanks for your help.

Try changing/resetting your password in your account panel. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

I have tried resetting the password via the control panel. Before it would say the password was successfully changed, but when I would go to log in with the new password I would still get the login failed prompt.

Now it says there is an error with the site and it cannot process my request at this time.
