Cpanel issue (NOT THE COSSACKS BUG)

Hey all, I was told (by an admin or account manager, I can't remember which now) that I should be able to log in through cpanel.mcse7en.com to get to my cpanel, but I can't. I can use my x10hosting link to get there (cpanel.mcse7en.x10hosting.com) but I can't use cpanel.mcse7en.com. I can also use the port number links http://mcse7en.com:2082 and http://mcse7en.x10hosting.com:2082 to get there, but the only one that doesn't work is cpanel.mcse7en.com. Is it just not supposed to work or what?

cpanel.Yourdomain.com Works with 11.25 cpanel. currently we have 11.24 cpanel. When it is updated you will get it.

Previously the staff tried to update to new cpanel but because of cpanel software problems, It is downgraded to 11.24 again. Once the issues are solved then it will be upgraded to 11.25 again. :)
