Cpanel Issue

Hey,

I've just got my accounts and I've just tried to log into my cpanel at http://creativeclouds.x10hosting.com:2082/. But every time I try to log in using my user name and password it constantly fails to log me in. I'm SURE that the password and user name are correct, but I can't find anywhere to check these details anyway. And when I click the 'Forgot Password' link it just sends me back to my account panel homepage.

If anyone could, if they don't mind, give me a quick message on what i might, or might not be doing? If so I would be very grateful.:biggrin:

in your account panel you can reset you cPanel password , I guess that is why you get redirected. at least you can get to the cPanel. I on the otherhand have NO acces to cPanel or My site/the domain created....BOTH links ain't workin : http://solidrockradio.x10hosting.com the site I hope to be building

You need to read the Service Alerts section (that's what it's there for). You have probably been affected by the current issue.
