CPANEL Issue

My web page is up. Howevr, my cpanel 11 is down.

here is a shot of what i get:

Then after I hit cancel and try to login the normal way, i gt this

This is probably due to you being upgraded and moved to the paid server. Have you tried flushing your DNS and clearing your cache yet? Can you also ping your site and tell me the IP you get?

Um to ping, do this

start>run>type "cmd" *with out the "* > and type ping <URL here>

and it pings 3 times, and it should ping to a IP.

Yeah, you'll want to ping it from your computer. Everyone's ISP updates differently, we want to make sure your ISP updated the change.

I flushed the DNS, cleared the cache and it is still not working.

I got the e-mail saying I have been moved over, but nothing has happened yet.

What ISP are you using? DNS updates are controlled by the ISP, some take longer than others to update.
