cPanel Issues

I am having trouble accessing cPanel. Ive checked other threads and have gone to http://rewardmenow.x10hosting.com and saw the welcome screen, I have also gone to http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 and tried to login there. No luck. I have also cleared my cache and flushed my DNS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My info is below.

User Name: DrGrins (tried using all lowercase as well)
Server Name: Stoli.x10

Thank you for your quick reply BugFinder. Unfortunately I am still unable to login at this time. I tried changing my password in case it was different. (by the way, my cPanel user name is the same as my x10hosting username correct?)

There was an issue with your account creation and I re-created your hosting account.
I've sent you a new password by PM. Make sure you put the username all in lower-cases.
