CPanel keep logging me out :(

Hello support,

I'm having some issue on the lotus server.
1. When I use the file manager to upload coppermine zip file to my site, it stop 1/2 of the upload process, and if I refresh the file manger, I get "Data error" AND if I press F5 on the keyboard to refresh the whole page, I get logged out.

2. When using the Softaculous to install coppermine, same deal, but this time, it time-out.

Anyone else got the same issue?

Is the file bigger than the maximum upload size? Have you tried using FTP or the webdisk instead?

No, the file not bigger than 8MB at all, I haven't use ether ftp or web-disk. I just manage to get the files uploaded, so that good. Do you know how long that you have before the system will log you out?

CPanel's login time is really long. I've never had a problem unless I clear my cookies or close my browser.

Hello,

I'm still having issues. I logged into cpanel, open the file manager, opened a comfig file so that I could get the required details out of it (Db name, password ect) I ented then into wordpress (There a plugin that let me put coppermine on one of my pages, intergration).

Anyway, done that. then I went to go into phpmyadmin to trouble-shoot issues, then cpanel logged me out . Now I'm at school, behind a proxy (It suck) And what make it even more odd, i'm on a different computer than the one before .

Now I only close the tabs that relate to the file manager and the text editor. The main cpanel menu was left open at all times. It when I clicked on phpmyadmin, that I got logged out.

Any other ideas? I'm using firefox version 3.
