Cpanel Keeps Refreshimng

I have a non premium .x10.mx account and when i acsess cpanel from the https://x10hosting.com/portal/ and it keeps saying

login sucseful redirecting then it quickly changes to please enter a username even thought i did. Please help!

Done that btw this might help i tried it with Ie and chrome and firefox

ah i get that but i normally use http://MY-DOMIN-NAME.com:2082 which works.
