I can view my domain but i'm not able to connect to cPanel. I'm getting "connection timeout" message whenever i try to connect to cPanel.
when I connect through ftp I get the following error
"can't establish connection --> ftp.windowshopping.x10hosting.com:21 @ Wed Mar 26 11:55:45 2008 (10054-38)
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

That's rare.
Please try to login now.

To login to FTP you should use:
-Host: windowshopping.x10hosting.com
-Port: 21
-Username: preetham
-Password: SAME AS CPANEL.

Yesterday evening in my organization they have installed a hardware firewall, and I am facing this problem from this morning. Do u think that this is happening because of the firewall. If so how can I by pass it...

It might be due to the firewall, do you notice any other sites being blocked? And try connecting through a proxy.

They might be blocking port 2082 (which is the one cPanel uses). Port 21 is the one for FTP.

Have you been able to login?

Yes, they have blocked port 2082. Login page itself is not showing up!
In my case, is there any other way of connecting or logging in to the system..?

The only way to login to cPanel right now is port 2082
