Hi,

I can't seem to get access to my cPanel. I'm using the same link I have always used i.e mydomain.com:2082

Any ideas?

Thanks,

I seem to be having the same problem (newbie alert). In my account panel I click on:

"cPanel URL -http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082"

I then try to login as Sunflower-Products and sunflowerproducts and get an error of login failure.

I've tried the 'reset password' button and I see a pending3 status (somewhere), but no emails and no access.

Thanks for any help.

I was having the same problem until martin posted that, only I knew why. I'm behind a firewall which blocks access to port 2082, and I can't change that. I suspect you guys are in the same boat, sunflower and jhalle. If you use cpanel.yourname.x10hosting.com , you connect on port 80, which is what all web traffic uses (and there shouldn't be many firewalls in the world that block port 80). Should be fine after that.

I just tried those links with no luck.

http://sunflower-products.com:2082/

Took me to the cPanel, where my login failed (both as sunflower-products & sunflowerproducts)

http://cpanel.sunflower-products.com/

took me to register.com's default page THEN clicking on "coming soon" I get x10's default page - but look, I can submit a ticket there.

http://cpanel.sunflower-products.com:2082/

In a WTH attempt, this URL times out. Probably non-existant.

I have redirected (term?) the servers from register.com's to ns[1&2].x10(something) per the troubleshooting guide.

I'm opening a ticket - but is there something else to try?

Thank you.
