cpanel link to forum account

when I try to enter my cpanel username into the linking box, it just says the account name doesn't exist, have I somehow forgotten my cpanel username or this a normal problem?

well I am pretty sure my domain has been deleted due to being idle
I think my cpanel username is kraken, but I haven't been on in a while.

domain WAS kraken.elementfx.com
