cPanel linking problem

A while ago, I was using x10hosting.
I logged on about 1-2 weeks ago, now to find that my cPanel username is not linking with my forum account.
I managed to log in sucessfully about 1-2 weeks ago, why not now?
All my usernames are 'j9sjam3' without the ' around them.
