Cpanel log in error

Ok after having alook through the forums it looks like almost everyone is having the same problem.

I can log into my account but cannot log into cpanel.
just keeps asking me for the username and password via a prompt then takes me to a login page that doesnt recognise my details either.

help anyone?

Have you linked your forums account with your hosting account? If not, read up on it here:

If you have, it might be that your hosting account wasn't created properly...
