Cpanel log in issue

I just changed my domain to Freebies4u.co.cc, but now my Cpanel cannot be accessed. I get the following error when acessing my site and Cpanel "internet explorer cannot display this web page"

Make sure the nameservers are pointing to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com this is done at the domain registrar where you got your domain.

It can up to 72 hours to propagate to x10 servers. Depending on the registrar.
