Cpanel Log in Userbname & how to transfer domain from my current host

1. With my current username and password, I just can't log into Cpanel.
2. How do I transfer my website to your hosting from my current host?

1. Did you tried to login through the Account Panel https://x10hosting.com/control

2. You have to take backup from your current host. and you have to upload here the files and has to import the sql file in phpmyadmin.
