cpanel log in

i m having problem from last 1 week
problem is that
when ever i try to log in to my cpanle
it says login attempt fail
then it demands pass and user name
i have filled both fields
but no result yet
plx tell me what the problem is
what should i write in the user name?
forum acc user name or free hosting acc user name?
plx solve my problem soon
tell me what the matter is?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

Then Try login to cPanel again.
