Cpanel login and various account issues

I'm having serious problems getting onto cpanel.

When I access my cpanel page at:
http://thecleaverhouse.x10hosting.com:2082

I get a http authentication popup, and entering my username and password will not work. If I hit cancel, I get to the normal cpanel login screen, where my username and password won't work.

I am disturbingly able to login to my cpanel through another person's cpanel link:
http://sprite.x10hosting.com:2082

Does this have anything to do with the fact that my account name and forum login name are different? As another person I know is experiencing the exact same issue and this is what we have in common.

My forum name: mrcleaver
My account name: cleaver

Please help!

my forum nick is "chinazo" and my cpanel nick is "scmbgx" and works fine, so i think that the problem is other

If you're seeing a pop-up authentication box that is your issue. You are being pointed to the wrong server. Clear your temp files, cache, etc... your cPanel link works for me so it must be cached on your comp
