Ok, so is cPanel (or x10) lock in an IP address so all others are not allowed to login to the account? I can get all the way up to account management, but when I try to go into cPanel, login attempt failed is what I get.
I remember my coder had this problem, but I could login just fine. Now, I am unable to connect using a different IP than the original, before we moved I could access cPanel with no problems, but when I tried on a different network, and my new ISP, it won't let me log in. But when we go back to the old house (we are still in the process of moving, and we have not turned off our old ISP) I can get on just fine.
Why is it doing this? And how can I get back on. I have a whole and total different IP than I did before.
Thanks.
