cPanel "Login Attempt Failed!" message

Hi. I just signed up for a free account. Unfortunately I cannot sign into my cPanel. I always get the "Login Attempt Failed!" message.

my url: robotwars.x10hosting.com
my cPanel username: robot

I checked to make sure my firewall was not blocking port 2082. I haven't tried using a proxy server to access cPanel. I looked at many similar threads, but found no answer. I can see http://stoli.x10hosting.com/, but cannot login to http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082. I apologize for bringing up this type of problem once more, but I could use some help.

I can access my account management panel. Everything else works, but i cannot log into my cPanel, so I cannot upload anything.

I've set a new password for your cPanel account and sent it to you by PM.
You should login by: http://robotwars.x10hosting.com:2082/ , using as username: robot (all in lower-cases).
