cpanel login attempt failed

i am not able to go to the cpanel of my free hosting account 'manoogim', at
http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082
it says login attempt failed.
if i click 'forgot password', it brings me back to the account panel namely http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

from my notes, my account password is equal to my cpanel passord, no?

No, your forum account is not the same as your CPanel account. They can have different names, passwords, etc. There is a tool in your http://x10hosting.com/panel.php panel to reset your CPanel password.

Basically, you use your forum username/password everywhere except for the cPanel login.
