cPanel Login Attempt Failed!

greetings!

when i tried clicking on the 'Login to cPanel' button on the 'hosting' page of the admin panel, i got a Login Attempt Failed! error message ('Login to cPanel' button seems to work on my other x10hosting account though)

please advice
